We understand cost can be a barrier to participation, so we offer several ways to help fund your ASB Experience!
Scholarships
Various need-based and merit-based scholarships are available.
University support
Various MSU departments and student organizations offer funding for these experiential learning opportunities.

Payment Information
Program fee
This includes transportation, lodging, & meals for the duration of the trip. It also includes an experience T-Shirt
Accepted payment methods
All payments must be made through the ASB online store. We accept credit/debit cards and checking/savings account information. Checks and money orders are not accepted.
Refund Policy
We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, participants must complete the form below.
Payment Deadlines
Participants are required to meet payment deadlines. Failure to submit payments on time could result in removal from the program. ASB reserves the right to remove participants or team leaders who miss deadlines.
