All payments must be made through the ASB online store, which accepts credit/debit cards and checking/savings account information. Checks and money orders are not accepted.

Alternative Spartan Breaks (ASB) evaluates refund requests after a participant withdraws from an experience on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, participants must complete the designated Qualtrics form by clicking this link.

Participants are required to meet payment deadlines to maintain their status. Failure to submit payments on time will result in a review, and ASB reserves the right to remove participants or site leaders who miss deadlines. If financial challenges arise, participants should promptly contact the finance team to discuss alternative payment arrangements.
