How to Get Involved

To sign up for a trip:

  1. Print off a paper APPLICATION.
  2. Fill out the application completely.
  3. Turn in the paper application with your $100 non-refundable deposit to the Center for Service-Learning and Civic Engagement, 27 Student Services. Applications will be accepted beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 1.

Things to Keep in Mind

  • Payments can be made by credit card, check, or money order. Checks should be made payable to MSU Alternative Spring Break. CASH IS NOT ACCEPTED.
  • Applications must be accompanied by a $100 non-refundable deposit.
  • Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
  • Applicants are required to fill out a background check form.
